Pause

Well, this week’s blog, commencing the countdown to publication, is cancelled.

Unfortunately, rumours of the demise of the coronavirus have been greatly exaggerated and, despite diligently dodging Covid-19, being fully vaccinated and only contracting a mild dose for the first time last year, I tested positive again last Thursday. And this time around, I’ve been knocked off my feet, confined to bed, unable to eat, just keeping hydrated.

I dread to think where I would be without the love and care of my lovely wife, Sharon.

Today, I am still testing positive and isolating; hoping to be up and about later in the week. Thankfully, there is a wonderful invention called the internet which is enabling me to keep in contact with my fabulous creative team, Aime, Rena and Julia, so publication of the second book should not be delayed.

Unless there are any unforeseen circumstances, normal service will resume next week.
